IFS Food V7: Requirements and Implementation (new course)

25/11/2020

In October 2020, IFS published its new version of the International Featured Standard, which offers more clarity regarding the expectations about the auditor’s role during an IFS evaluation. IFS has stated that this version also puts more focus on the on-site evaluation than on the documents presented. The list of evaluation requirements is aligned with those in the GFSI version 2020.1 comparative, as well as FSMA and the UE regulations.
