About the BRC and IFS certification schemes

These schemes are used in the auditing of food-processing companies to ensure quality, food safety and operational standards. Their aim is to minimise food safety risks, limit the number of audits required, reduce costs, boost client confidence throughout the whole supply chain and ensure compliance with food and consumer-protection legislation.
