This certification is proof of the authority’s commitment to continuous improvement.
On 24th January, Applus+ Certification issued the land registry in the Mexican city of Puebla with ISO 9001:2008 certification after verifying that it met all the quality management requirements stipulated in the standard.

Puebla’s mayor, Tony Gali, and Dinorah López de Gali, President of the Board of the city’s family development body (DIF), received the certificate from Rafael Medina, Director of Applus+ Certification in Mexico.

Mayor Gali highlighted that all 37 procedures evaluated by Applus+ had achieved the requisite standard, including the dispatch of cartographical products, technical training, continuous improvement processes and the data-based updating of land, property and tax values.

DIF’s President went on to note that this recognition commits her authority to continuing to strengthen the city’s care framework and the quality of public services for the benefit of all citizens.
